    Job responsibilities:

    • to establish organisational, communicative and technological conditions for adopting experiences from previous Universiade organising committees;

    Job responsibilities:

    Job responsibilities:

    Job responsibilities:

    • Develop the editorial climate and coordinate the creation of the official website, determine editorial workflow schedules and monitor their implementation. Coordinate and get personally involved in content management of the website, manage a planned development of the site, fill it with high quality media materials in accordance with the the editorial policy.
    • Control fulfillment of editorial workflow schedules in compliance with the agreed deadlines, as well as ensure the literary integrity and quality of media materials (which also includes control of a copyreader's work).
    • Get articles approved for publication.

    Job responsibilities:

    • to manage the preparation of operational plans of functional departments in the run up to the Games;
    • to develop the tactical plan of the preparations for the 2013 Summer Universiade (MS Project), to coordinate the changes to the deadlines and budget;
    • to update the functional plan of preparing and staging the 2013 Summer Universiade, and also other plans provided for by regulatory documents of the organisation;
    • to identify and formalise projects in functional departments; to develop and keep a register of projects;
    • to enter project implementation data and data regarding project milestones in the computer-aided control system;
    • to coordinate the development of functional departments' project management plans, to manage the budget;
    • to contribute to the initiation of projects in the Project Committee;
    • to ensure that projects meet the deadlines, to identify problems, to render assistance in solving them;
    • to gather project reports, to coordinate the preparation of functional departments' summary reports; to submit plans, reports and other information to the Project Management Office (PMO);
