Universiade-2013 to be presented at Seliger-201026.07.2010
Today Seliger-2010 will feature presentations of three key Russian projects: the APEC 2012 Summit in Vladivostok, the 2013 Universiade in Kazan and the 2014 Olympics in Sochi.
Yesterday the delegation of the RT Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism headed by Deputy Ministry Sergey Ivanov arrived at the Seliger 2010 Youth Innovative Forum. Minister for Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Burganov is to come today to participate in the presentation of the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013.
July, 26 promises to become one of the most eventful days of the forum. Three sessions are to be held these days: Leadership, Technology of Kindness and Orthodoxy. Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Vladislav Surkov known for his traditional support of the forum is expected to arrive today. Presentations of three large international short-term projects of Russia are also to be made today: the APEC 2012 Summit in Vladivostok, the 2013 Universiade in Kazan and the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
Rafis Burganov will hold a so-called VIP lecture during which he will answer all the questions concerning the preparation and staging of the World Summer Universiade in Kazan. Special attention will be devoted to the Universiade volunteers training. The presentation about volunteers training will be made by head of the Volunteers Department of the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate Liliya Bariyeva, the press service of the RT Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism informs.
