On behalf of the Kazan 2013 Executive Committee I would like to congratulate you on your professional holiday! There is much truth in that remark, «God created life. All the rest was created by builders.»
Working in construction industry you make a huge contribution to development of modern infrastructure of Tatarstan and Russia.
At present construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan is implementing one of the largest projects of our country – the World Summer Student Games 2013. You shoulder a huge amount of responsibility of gaining the objectives set by the Tatarstan and Russian governments.
A few serious steps were taken in this regard. In 2009 — first half of 2010 19 Universiade sports venues out of 36 scheduled to be built are put into operation in the capital of Tatarstan with the first stage of the key venue of the World Student Games – the Universiade Village – to be introduced into service this September.
Construction industry of our country is famous for its mentoring traditions. You’ve become teachers for more than 1,500 Tatarstan students who work at the construction sites of the Univesiade venues. You are true sons of toil and creators who build sports history of our Republic and let young generation get involved into it.
I’m confident that the venues built by you will witness more than one world record.
