2013 Universiade volunteers are back in Kazan from Singapore 30.08.2010
The 2013 Universiade volunteers delegation arrived in Kazan on Sunday, on August 29. From August 10-26 they participated in organisation and staging of the first Youth Olympic Games in Singapore (SYOG)
The major purpose of 16 Kazan volunteers was to accumulate the SYOG experience that will be helpful during preparation and staging of the 2013 Universiade.
The Tatarstan volunteers assisted with the YOG organisation working as interpreters and chaperones of the NOC (National Olympic Committees) representatives. They also wrote blogs in which they shared their experience of visiting Singapore.
