The Executive Board of the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 offers all the interested companies to participate in the sponsorship tender of the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan. The bidding procedure is open, easy and clear. It enables to involve maximum of companies from different business areas.
There are three tiers of sponsorship packages: General partner, Official partner and Official supplier.
The tender offers bids in different categories. The first stage of the tender is a bidding and selection process. If you arrived at decision to bid for the 2013 Universiade sponsorship, fill in an application form. After a certain period of time you will receive a reply from the Universiade Executive Board with a decision whether you are enabled to participate in the principal stage of the sponsorship tender or not.
The major bidders must provide the presentation of their companies, of trademarks and also their vision of the aspects of the forthcoming partnership.
The partner selection is based on mutual benefit from partnership, scale of participation in the preparation of the event and scope of useful contribution of the Partner in the preparation for the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan.
