The construction site is bordered with residence buildings and Kul Gali street. The projected pool fits in the existing site development. The facade of the complex faces Kul Gali street. The facade’s tectonics, three-dimensional choice of the building and geometry of the project resulted from the complex’s inner planning. Such finishing materials as sandwich panels, ventilated facade system coated with aluminium composit panels, stained glass system made of aluminium structures with power-saving double glazed windows, lamels are used in the the external finish of the building.
Guest parking lots for buses and cars are to be constructed before the entrance to the complex. The project also provides for guest parking area at the western side of the pool, as well as containers for gathering household wastes and a transformer substation.
A high-altitude position of the pool is dictated by surrounding buildings and hydrological conditions.
The relief is solved both in an embankment, and in dredging, in coordination with the existing building.
The Indoor Pool represents a special-purpose building comprising such facilities as a 50х25 m swimming pool, a children’s 12,5х6 m swimming pool, a fitness room, a dry swimming hall of a health restoration centre (sauna) with a bathtub.
