The Main International Centre (MIC) is headquartered in the Universiade Village and is the centerpiece of the complex. The venue with a total area of over 50,000 sq. m. will house key services and facilities intended for use by athletes and officials: Main Accreditation Centre, dining area, FISU Secretariat and future OC offices, Sport Info Centre, Main Info Centre, Main Operations Centre, Religious Centre. It will become home to the Volga Region State Academy of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism after the Games. Setup of venue: The building of the Main International Centre is divided into six blocks (Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F):

Block A. Main Information Centre, HoD meeting hall, HoD conference halls

Block B. Sport Info Centre, staff dining hall, Religious Centre, FISU International Education Centre
