Countdown to Opening Ceremony:
In order to prepare, organise and stage the 27th Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan (further referred to as the ‘Universiade’), the Executive Directorate of the 27th Summer Universiade 2013 in the city of Kazan (further referred to as the ‘Committee’) initiates the procurement procedure with the purpose of choosing best offers from suppliers of goods and services with the most suitable prices, terms and the quality that satisfies the requirements of the International University Sports Federation (FISU).
Requests for Proposal (RFPs) are posted online and screened by the authorised body - the Government Procurement Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
