The Licensing Programme focuses on production of high quality goods at a reasonable price. Under this programme, the interested companies were granted the right to use the 27th Summer Universiade marks, imagery, themes for commercial purposes in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The space for licensees in each category is limited. Licensing Partners were selected based on a Tender Procedure.

Trademark rights were transferred to interested companies on a commercial basis.

At present, the call for requests to use the 27th Summer Universiade marks, imagery, themes on commercial products is now closed.
