Over the years of the preparations for the 2013 Summer Universiade, a number of events were held when implementing the Cultural Universiade project. The main task of the activities undertaken in the lead-up to the Games is to select and train specialised personnel for official and non-official ceremonies, cultural programmes, and to build a team of well-trained volunteers.
