  25th Rudolph Nuriev Ballet Festival is held under auspices of Cultural Universiade

  Two ballets of the 25th anniversary edition of the Rudolph Nureyev International Classical Ballet Festival which opened on May 15th in the Musa Jalil Tatar Opera and Ballet Theatre will be staged under the auspices of the Cultural Universiade and Pearls of the Russian Culture All-Russian Project

  The cheerleading championship took place at the Universiade Village on May 16. The tournament was held for students of Kazan (Federal Region) University residing in the student campus

  The 20th edition of the Student Spring All-Russian Festival kicked off on May 15 in Chelyabinsk. Volunteers will be selected during the festival to perform during the 2013 Cultural Universiade and Opening/Closing Ceremonies of the 27th World University Summer Games
